The Anti-Tamper Short Course is an orientation to members of the Anti-Tamper (AT) community, introducing a wide-range of AT-related topics to include both programmatic and engineering facets.

Objectives

  • DoD Anti-Tamper policy directives
  • The process of specifying, designing, and evaluating AT technology
  • Anti-Tamper design milestones and their relationship to the acquisition cycle
  • Models of security, including protection, detection, and response approaches
  • Reverse engineering threats to hardware and software systems
  • Anti-Tamper techniques 
Target Audience
The ATSC targets government and contractor program office personnel new to AT, or those who could use a high-level refresher on AT-related guidance, policies and procedures. This course is not specifically geared toward a particular functional, but rather, provides a general overview of AT-related topics to include valuable information across a wide-range of disciplines. Attendance is on a strict Need-To-Know basis.

Credit
The AT Short Course will count towards 16 hours of continuous learning points.
